Our students (grades 7-12) will be going to Seagrove Beach, Florida, for a fall retreat on November 9 - 11.  It will be a wonderful time of worship, teaching, small group discussion,  and recreation.  Our theme this year is RENEW...

 
Sometimes our lives get complicated and messy. We lose our focus and make the unimportant things seem super important. And in these moments we would give anything to get back to that newness we had when we first started to follow Christ. To Renew means to turn something that has grown old into something brand new. Just as Jesus healed people who were sick and made them well, He can take our whole lives - our heart, mind, strength, and soul - and make them new again.

Loving God with everything that we are renews our entire lives with a new focus that cuts through the mess.  Jesus wants to renew your life and help you turn your focus back on Him.

Ashley McCullough will be leading worship for the weekend and Preston & Michelle Adams will be leading small groups.  Drew and Preston will both be teaching during the large group sessions.  Please be praying that this will be a fruitful time of "renewal" for our students and leaders.

We plan to meet at Gateway on Friday, November 9 at 3:30 p.m. and return on Sunday, November 11, at 9 p.m.  The cost is $20 per student, which includes all expenses other than snacks while traveling. If you have any questions about the retreat, please connect with Drew.
