Hopefully you have heard that we have a small group Bible study on Wednesday evenings for young, single, and pregnant moms.  The group is called “Embrace Grace,” and our study comes from a national ministry by the same name.   That ministry equips churches with tools to host these groups.  We encourage young women to choose life, and come alongside them to help them understand God’s grace.  We want the church to be the first place these young women run to when they discover they are pregnant. 

As our first study wraps up, we have an opportunity for you to come alongside the ladies in it and help them in a very practical way.  We are having our first “Embrace Grace Baby Shower” on Wednesday, January 15 at 6:00 p.m.  We will be encouraging these young women who chose life by seeking to bless their babies with brand-new baby items they will need. We want to invite you to come to the shower and love on these young moms and babies!

Would you be interested in partnering with us by “adopting” a young mom at the shower and covering her gift list yourself or finding friends/coworkers/ bible study group to help you cover a list?

If you cannot take an entire list, would you consider purchasing one gift on a young mom’s list? 

We would love for you to bring it to the shower and meet her but if you cannot make it on that date, we can arrange to get the gift from you before the date of the shower.

In the lobby of the gym building and the lobby outside the church office, you will find ornaments with descriptions of gifts that we are requesting for each girl. 

If you would like to take an ornament as a way of signing up to bring or donate that item from your family, it will help us provide all the gifts to bless each new mom. 

Please return the item and the gift to the church office by Wednesday, January 8. 

Tear off the star and attach it to your gift so we make sure it goes to the correct mom. 

Please keep the ornament on your tree this Christmas as a reminder to pray for the mom and her new baby.
