Due to coronavirus, we are not hosting a big fall festival on the church campus this year. However, we have a different way to engage the community right around Gateway... a "goody bag toss" parade through Brighton Estates on Saturday, October 31!
We will meet at Gateway on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. to load up 4 pickup trucks with 400 bags of candy that also include an invitation to Gateway and a Gospel of John. We will drive through the Brighton Estates neighborhood (the one just behind the church campus) at 5 p.m. tossing goody bags to kids waiting in their driveways. The neighborhood association is expecting us and has spread the word!
Would you like to help? If so, you can toss goody bags from trucks, walk alongside the trucks making sure kids stay safe, or walk with us to speak with people and encourage them! If you would like to do so, you can dress up in a fun costume as well.
