Mid-week opportunities at Gateway begin for the fall semester have begun and it is not too late to join us! There is something for everyone of all ages....
KIDS CLUB - Children of all ages study The Gospel Project for Kids. Over three years, they study Genesis to Revelation to see the redemptive story of the entire Bible. The Wednesday night lessons review and build on what they learned on Sunday morning. The evening includes large group assembly, small group discussions, recreation time, and snacks. All children (including 1st to 6th graders) check-in at the kids check-in station in the main building to get their nametags for the evening. Childcare for our youngest kids of all ages is available during this time.
YOUTH BIBLE STUDY - 7th to 12th graders meet to study the names of God this semester. Wednesday evenings include a large group teaching time, small group discussions, recreation in the gym, and pizza dinner each week.
ADULT BIBLE STUDY - For the fall semester, all of the adults will begin together in the sanctuary for a study of the attributes (the nature) of God. We will explore how God has revealed Himself to us as we look at His characteristics including his eternality, omnipresence, wisdom, faithfulness, holiness, grace, wrath, justice, love, and more! We will begin in the sanctuary at 6:00 p.m. with a large group teaching time. At 6:45, we will move to small groups in the gym building where we can discuss what we learned about that attribute of God, and how understanding it changes our daily lives. These smaller discussion groups will last for 40 minutes and give us opportunities to apply what we are learning, build community, and have time to pray with and for one another.
No registration or sign-up is needed. Just come this Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. We hope to see you then!
