Gateway continues to minister to the students and faculty at Capitol Heights Middle School, one of Montgomery's neediest schools.  Through a before school Bible study, weekend food backpack program, service projects, and tutoring program, we are meeting needs and sharing the Gospel.

There is a very practical way in which many of you can help, and we have an immediate need that we want you to be aware of....

Each Thursday, HOPES tutors walk students from Capitol Heights School to the church next door where our tutors provide homework help for the students.  We also feed the students, and their families, dinner as a way to serve them and build relationships with them.  We are in need of people to bring dinners on Thursday evenings to feed 25.  Meals can be homemade, store bought, or picked up at local restaurants.

if you would like to learn more or signup to cover the meal for a week, the signup and information is available at our "Take Them A Meal" signup at:

Many weeks are still available this  fall.  Thank you for helping us serve these students and their families!
