KIDS WORSHIP ~ For Children in Grades 1 to 4

We are excited to let you know about the all new "Kids Worship" for children in grades 1 to 4.  This year, Kids Worship will have a new format and a new teaching emphasis....

THE NEW FORMAT ...

Kids Worship now is just during the sermon portion of the worship service.  After your Sunday Bible Study classes end, please pick up your child from their class and bring them to the worship service with you.  They will remain with you until the offering time.  We want families to be able to sing praises together, and for your children to see the beauty of the body of Christ gathered together praising Him, praying, celebrating baptisms and baby dedications, and giving back to Him.  We believe that having your children with you during the first half of the service will provide you with great teaching opportunities to them, and you as a family great memories together in corporate worship!  At the end of the offering prayer, as the ushers begin to receive the morning offering, your children will be dismissed through the doors to the office hallway.  Their Kids Worship leaders will be there to take them to their Kids Worship rooms, which have been redone for this year!

THE NEW TEACHING...

We are excited to let you know that Kids Worship and Wednesday night Kids Club, along with many of our Kids Sunday Bible Study classes, are all beginning a new focus.... THE GOSPEL PROJECT FOR KIDS.  Kids Worship will now reinforce key teachings your boys and girls are learning on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.  The Gospel Project for Kids takes children through a three year journey of the redemptive story of the entire Bible.  Over their years in Gateway's children's ministry, they will have opportunities to explore the riches of who God is and His redemptive plan.  We are so excited about it!  If you would like to see a brief overview of this new study, click here for the Gospel Project overview video.
